Customer Terms and Conditions of using this site
Excel Hotels Ltd provides an online hotel directory site connecting Customers with Hotels and Hotels with potential Customers. When the customer sends a booking enquiry directly to the hotel this is not a confirmed reservation. It is the hotel's responsibility to reply to the customer enquiry at their earliest convenience. In the unlikely event that the Hotel does not respond the Customer should contact the Hotel directly by telephone. Please do not contact Excel hotels in this instance. Excel Hotels are unable to assist with hotel booking enquiries for individual Hotels. If a reservation has been made, following an enquiry delivered by Excel Hotels, the contract for the purchase of the Hotel facilities is between the Customer and the Hotel. For a copy of the Hotel's terms and conditions please contact the Hotel directly. Customer complaints relating to any aspect of the Hotel, must be referred directly to the Hotel in question for resolution.

Accuracy of Information
The Hotel provides Excel Hotels Ltd with their hotel information including logos and photographs. The Hotel is responsible for informing Excel Hotels in writing should this information need to be amended, changed or updated. Excel Hotels Ltd is not responsible for the information the Hotel provides. Excel Hotels Ltd is a private company and is not associated with any hotel or hotel group featuring on excelhotels.co.uk.

Best Available Rates
Hotels pay a small annual administration fee to feature on excelhotels.co.uk. Enquiries generated by Excel Hotels do not incur any booking agency fees or travel agency commission to either the Customer or the Hotel. It is Excel Hotels intention to ensure Customer loyalty and to encourage repeat business. With this in mind, Excel Hotels recommend Hotels quote their 'best available rate' for all direct enquiries generated and delivered through Excel Hotels. However, all enquiries are subject to Hotel availability at the time and when responding to any Customer enquiry, the accommodation rate quoted is entirely at the Hotel's discretion.
